Originally obtaining her real estate license to facilitate the buying and selling of privately held businesses in the state of Florida; Kathy realized her true passion was residential sales. Kathy attended Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida, and earned her BA degree in both Business Management and Marketing.   Her experience ranges from new product development to media buying. She moved to Chicago nine years ago and currently resides in the Wrigleyville neighborhood after moving from the Streeterville neighborhood.
